They sent us Michael who was there within the hour. Wow! It's July and they were super quick! He was very friendly and informative. He had our air up and going in just a couple of hours. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. They came and did an assessment of what was wrong with my air conditioner and what would be the best way to get it working again. Because of the age and cost of replacing parts if we could get them with all that is going on in our world right now. It was better to just replace it and my furnace at the same time. They worked with me on cost and turned out fine and will add to the sale price of the house and great warranty. These guys came in and had it together in a few hours. Worked with us over the weekend to find the best unit for our price range and felt like he was on our side the whole time to get us the best system installed within days of our AC going out. Great experience, Micheal Bland came out to look at my A/C unit, it was low on Freon and had a leak. We discussed the new government regulations when it comes to Freon. No hard sale about replacing the whole thing. We discussed options, and I chose to fix it right now. He gave me a great discount and even added a credit in my notes, so when I choose to replace the A/C down the road, he will take what I paid for service today off of my total bill. How many companies can you say do that these days? Call Comfort Advisors, they will treat you right! Great company and awesome work ethic.
