About a year ago, I had a young man by the name of Presten come out to our house. He was very kind and considerate and explained what was needed to be done. He fixed our air conditioning system and when he left, he told us about Comfort Advisors VIP package. At that time we chose not to join their VIPs program, but he did leave information on the program. Since then, we have reconsidered their VIP program. It seems to be a good value for us, so we have joined the VIP program. Today we had Nathan and Cade come out to our house. They cleaned our system and checked it out. They were very kind and considerate, and they did the job in a timely manner. The whole process was very easy! The lady answering the phone was very kind and polite, they gave us a date, they arrived in the allotted time slot and everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Comfort Advisors!

Clear Feedback and Great Service Feb 19, 2025

Michael Bland came out to do a furnace check at my home this morning. He gave me an honest opinion on the condition of my 21-year-old furnace and fair pricing on a potential replacement when the time comes. He did not push or force anything but gave me clear feedback on what he saw and what a change may look like. Other companies have suggested high-end filters, some of which affected the proper operation of my unit and had to be replaced. Michael gave me his opinion that the lower-end filters would work better with my unit and be sufficient for my needs. I've had a non-working humidifier on my furnace since purchasing my home and he was able to identify what was wrong where other companies were not. Additionally, he told me that if I did replace the unit it would not be transferable to a new system and suggested waiting to replace the unit when I replace my furnace. I will call this company first when the time comes to replace my unit. Thanks for the great service Michael, your ownership and culture of integrity of your company is clear and refreshing.

I met both owners, Mike and Nathan, and they are so nice. Nathan came out and looked over the old furnace and said it was a goner—there was no way of saving it. The next day I had a new furnace put in for me. I was so happy they weren't pushy at all on which furnace I should get. The technicians, Preston and Mike, are so hard-working. They kept everything nice, neat, and clean. It is so nice to have heat in the house again. They are a great company. I will suggest this company to all my friends and family.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Comfort Advisors! Michael came out and assessed our system and informed us of the problems with our heating. He took the time to explain everything and even researched with our local electric company to let us know about a credit we could get. He was able to get an entire heating and AC unit put in our house the very next day. The installers were also great and put runners down so they did not track dirt into the house. The installers, also Michael, did not leave until the system was working correctly. Michael also took the time to explain the thermostat and how the new system worked. Would highly recommend Comfort Advisors to anyone having issues with heating and AC!

We went with Comfort Advisors on the advice of a friend who we knew and trusted in the industry and who used to do this kind of work himself. We are very impressed and happy with Michael’s professionalism and care for us, his customer, and the new Trane heating and cooling system he put in last year has been great. We had a different issue recently with either storms or just age, and when told by our roofer that it was an HVAC problem, we had Michael out again. It did not take long for him to find that the issue was a loosened roof vent cap that had only one screw left and had fallen, blocking the outside venting, which turned out to be the source of the leak on our ceiling upstairs. He replaced the cap in the same visit and we have had no issues since. Michael is smart, efficient, personable, and stands behind his work. I would not hesitate to go with his company again.

He is the most professional, honest, hardworking HVAC or, for that matter, professional tradesman that I have ever met. I have never had someone explain it on a level I could understand. As for my home warranty company, they do everything they can to not cover issues, but I am grateful to them for sending Michael. I recommend Michael and the best products, Trane, to everyone.

Comfort Advisors provided quick, thorough, and friendly service. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who requires AC or heating solutions for their home and they offer 24-7 emergency service. Winters can be very cold and summers get hot, but you won’t have to suffer in extreme temperatures when you call the Comfort Advisors. Each technician that came by to fix my furnace issues when it stopped heating was knowledgeable, professional and helped me understand what was wrong. They also left notes of what the diagnosis was, what they fixed and the dates work was completed. It was easy to call and get a hold of someone and they followed up quickly and let me know they would have someone on the way. Michael Bland, the owner, came to the rescue when the previous fix on my older furnace tripped and had to be reactivated when temps were going to be below freezing. He was extremely passionate about his work, meticulous and concerned for safety as well as finding the best and correct solution(s). Thank you for the top notch service!

Best experience in a bad situation! Our heat went out and we worked with Michael Bland at Comfort Advisors Heating and Cooling, and I am SO thankful we did! 4 days without heat in the middle of an Arctic blast and my home warranty provided the wrong phone number for Comfort Advisors and the wrong appointment time. I was able to google Comfort Advisor, find their correct phone number and unbeknownst to me, I speak to the owner. He gets me set up with an earlier appointment and to my surprise is my service technician. He diagnoses the problem and has my heat back on in 30-40 min or less. I'm so appreciative of his dedication to his customers and thankful I don't have to sleep in a house that feels like the inside of the fridge. Will definitely be calling in the spring to make sure A/C is ready for the summer.

He was very informative and answered my 'pesky' questions, being that I am a new homeowner and know nothing about these things.
